Thanks to the lively participation of our customers, a representative picture emerges with valuable input and numerous suggestions.
These help us, as part of our continuous improvement process, to align our innovative products and services even more closely to customer needs and to maintain high quality.
The focus is on modernising IT systems and accelerating digitalisation for more efficient processes and an even easier exchange with customers and partners.
